Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) invites to join the Chair education program in Stockholm this November.

The program will focus on an effective Board leadership, with the topics ranging from the Chair’s involvement in strategy and risk governance processes to their key relationships and role in the organisational Board work.

Held every two years, this highly practical course offers an opportunity to learn from experienced Scandinavian Chair(wo)men, Board members and other experts.

GOALS OF THE PROGRAM

Improve understanding of Chair’s role and responsibilities in ensuring effective work of the Board and continuous success of the company

Develop Chair competencies needed for implementation of the best corporate governance practices
