The owner of the online store Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is an association (registry code 302441498), located at Jogailos St. 4, 01116 Vilnius, Lithuania.
The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases via the online sales platform.
The prices of the items sold in the online sales platform are indicated next to those items. All prices are in Euros (€).
Placing an order
Add items to your cart to order them. Fill in all of the required fields to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay and Liisi ID
- Latvian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Lithuanian bank links: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online event sales platform.
If we cannot deliver the ordered items due to their limited availability or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and/or sending event ticket(s) to the purchaser. The online store then forwards personal data to the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance as the service provider, which uses it to organise and keep you informed as well as to keep the related records.

Settlement of disputes
ll complaints made by a purchaser about the online sales platform must be e-mailed to info@bicg.eu.
